Mr Mo and his wife set up FengWei Guan in November 2017 and specialise in Chinese Barbeque dishes. Mr Mo has a passion for his food and culture, and would like to be able to offer his dishes into the evening but is restricted by the early closing time of the market. It’s the one thing Mr Mo would change if he could, and believes that the international food offered at the market is something that could be built upon.
