After twenty three years in the catering Industry working in everything from Government Police Catering in India to Indian, Scottish, and Spanish restaurants in Scotland, Giri set up his Fusion Buffet just about twelve months ago. He prides himself on offering a wide range of food at great prices, from the traditional Scottish breakfast to Halal, Chinese and Indian lunchtime buffets. Working six days a week (more if he could), and open from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm everyday, he’s determined to make the Fusion Buffet a success in the market.
